I have a habit of getting stuck on one band and listening to them till I get my fill. This week it is Seventh Day Slumber. I really like thier sound and their message. When I get a guitar I'd like to learn some of their songs. They have several acoustic songs on one album that I think are really powerful. I think the album is Picking up the Pieces. Good stuff!!

Well I'm finally making some time to get some info on here. I have been really busy at UALR trying to pass everyting. If you have been to college you know what kind of challenge that can be sometimes. I have dabbled a little in music but have never been serious. When I was in high school my buddies and I were gonna be rock stars so we thought. It didn't happen and I'm really glad it didn't. I would have missed out on some of the best parts of my life so far. During that time I played guitar a little and got started on the drums but never really put any effort into it. I also sang some. I would like to pick back up on the guitar and get serious about it. I think it would be fun and I'd like to be able to sing and play guitar for church specials. I bought my wife a violin for Christmas and she has been practicing some but needs something to compare her notes to and I think if I start back on the guitar that I could help her with that.
